Welcome to the Northwestern University Specialized Center Of Interdisciplinary Research (SCOR) On Sex And Gender Factors Affecting Women’s Health.The objective of the SCOR program is to expedite interdisciplinary development and application of new knowledge to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a disease that affects approximately 7% of premenopausal women, to learn more about the cause of this disease, and to foster improved approaches to its treatment and prevention.
